- 2009: Was the year of inception of Lakshya.
- 2012: Was the year 5 athletes from Lakshya partook in the London Summer Olympics.
- 2014: Was the year 2 athletes from Lakshya partook in the South Korean Winter Olympics.
- 2016: Was the year 7 athletes from Lakshya partook in the Rio Summer Olympics.
How did it all begin?
Our journey traces back to 2009 with a dream to build a bridge between the aspirations & the realisation of ambitions of sports talents in the country. It all started with a dream to ‘Win Golds for India’ at Olympics and make our nation proud.
Who are we?
LAKSHYA, a professionally managed not for profit organisation aims to identify young and budding talented sports persons through a robust talent identification process and nurture them to enhance their performance.
