• Details of Parents & Siblings : Father – Anil Vitthal Malusare (Farmer) also works on
contractual basis in Mahad & younger Sister studying Pune.
• Tanmay did his schooling in Mahad and is now in Pune studying SY.BCOM at S.P. College.
• Somehow Tanmay gained interest in Archery and used to practice on his own in his
farmland with wooden bows and arrows and also participated in State level competitions
with a bow from one of his family friends.
• Later he contacted Mr. Ranjit Chamble who runs Archery academy in Pune – former
National Coach and started practicing with him. In a short span he mastered the skill and
was qualified for Nationals. Today he has 36 Gold, 19 Silver & 16 Bronze in National &
State Competitions.
• Tanmay was able to purchase his equipments after his Father took personal loan and
perform at National and International Competitions.
• With support from Lakshya he will be able to manage his cost for equipments, Physical
fitness, Physiotherapy, mental toughness and diet. He is confident to perform at the
Senior Nationals on 26 Dec 2016 & later on represent India at Asian Games 2018.
