Swastik Sirsikar, a versatile personality, is the Vice President of LAKSHYA. He is a leading business man from the construction industry, an educationist – running an Engineering college, keen sportsman, president of Poona club , member of Rotary Club and various sports clubs. He also was instrumental in starting the Eklavya scheme a joint programme of the Govt of Maharashtra dept of tribal welfare and MSLTA where 100 tribals have been trained as asst coaches and markers, all the 70 tribal boys and girls have gained 100% employment across India.

Mr. Ashish Anilkumar Desai, Chairman and C.E.O. of Sujanil Chemo Industries, is a B.Sc. in Chemistry and has post graduated in Management. He has been associated with Sports as a National Level Swimmer and State Level Cricketer. He is having 27 years experience in marketing products like FMCG, Cosmetics and Household Insecticides through an established all India Sales Network.He is also expertise in research based development of various formulations related to pesticides,household insecticides and herbal products such as hair oil, massage oils, baby massage oils, insect repellents etc.He takes keen interest in sports. His contribution in conceptualizing and giving shape to PDPL, the first premier league in the country to promote cricket at taluka level in Pune District, has been acknowledged by all.

Mr. Anil Chhajed is the Managing Director of Goldfieldd Hospitality Pvt Ltd, an infrastructure development company and Director of Royal Goldfieldd Club Resort Ltd.
